Honey Garlic Sriracha Chicken Wings
Ingredients:
- 2 lbs chicken wings, split at joints, tips removed
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 package Honey Garlic Sriracha Dry Dip Seasoning Mix
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons sriracha sauce
- Sesame seeds and chopped green onions for garnish (optional)
Instructions:
- Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil for easy cleanup.
- Prepare Chicken Wings: In a large bowl, toss the chicken wings with olive oil until they are evenly coated.
- Season Chicken Wings: Sprinkle the Honey Garlic Sriracha Dry Dip Seasoning Mix over the chicken wings, ensuring they are well coated.
- Bake: Arrange the seasoned chicken wings in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway through, or until the wings are crispy and cooked through.
- Prepare Glaze: While the wings are baking, in a small saucepan, combine the honey, soy sauce, and sriracha sauce over medium heat. Bring the mixture to a simmer, then reduce the heat and let it cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally, until slightly thickened.
- Coat Wings: Once the chicken wings are cooked, transfer them to a large bowl. Pour the honey sriracha glaze over the wings and toss until they are evenly coated.
- Garnish and Serve: Transfer the glazed chicken wings to a serving platter and garnish with sesame seeds and chopped green onions if desired. Serve immediately as a delicious appetizer or main dish.
