Asiago Roasted Garlic Dip Chicken


 Ingredients:

  • - 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • - 1 packet Asiago Roasted Garlic dry dip mix
  • - 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • - 1/2 cup grated Asiago cheese
  • - 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • - 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • - Salt and pepper to taste
  • - Chopped fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions:


 1. Preheat the oven:

   - Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).


2. Prepare the dip mixture:

   - In a mixing bowl, combine the Asiago Roasted Garlic dry dip mix, Greek yogurt, grated Asiago cheese, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Stir until well combined.


3. Coat the chicken:

   - Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.

   - Generously coat each chicken breast with the prepared dip mixture. Make sure to cover each piece entirely.


4. Bake the chicken:

   - Place the coated chicken breasts in a baking dish lined with parchment paper or lightly greased.

   - Bake in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and the top is golden brown.


5. Serve:

   - Once the chicken is done, remove it from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes.

   - Garnish with chopped fresh parsley if desired.

   - Serve the Asiago Roasted Garlic Dip Chicken hot with your favorite side dishes like roasted vegetables, rice, or salad.
